Mission: We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Group Learning Experience Manager (SGLXM) to drive academic leadership, operational excellence, and team development across our centres. Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Coach and develop a group of centre academic managers to deliver exceptional learning experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational values and KPIs.
- Academic Oversight: Monitor program delivery, uphold quality standards, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and support enrolment/retention goals.
- Change Management: Lead teams through transitions with clarity, empathy, and structured planning.
- Performance & Accountability: Set clear expectations, address gaps constructively, and foster a culture of accountability.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in academic management (TESOL/ELT background preferred).
- Demonstrated success in people development, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
