Duties & Responsibilities

• Leadership & Development: Coach and develop a group of centre academic managers to deliver exceptional learning experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational values and KPIs.
• Academic Oversight: Monitor program delivery, uphold quality standards, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and support enrolment/retention goals.
• Change Management: Lead teams through transitions with clarity, empathy, and structured planning.
• Performance & Accountability: Set clear expectations, address gaps constructively, and foster a culture of accountability.
