The Automation Marketing Specialist is in charge of implementing and deploying the Customer
Database Platform (CDP), as well as improving website performance. This position is critical for
generating leads and sales by knowing the customer journey:
● Offer tactical marketing, automated campaign execution, and split testing support.
● Support API and A/B testing for campaigns aimed at improving website performance and
related platforms.
● Identify growth possibilities in the customer journey to improve lead generation and sales
conversion.
● Work closely with the agency to monitor and resolve technical concerns in a timely
manner.
● Turn diverse analytical and competitive findings into marketing automation campaigns.
● Examine and analyze the data reports to derive insights and recommendations for
website optimization and business growth.
● Serve as the CDP's point of contact and communicate efficiently across functions.
● Other tasks are allocated by the line manager.
