Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer – Employee Benefits & Compliance to manage employee benefits, statutory compliance, and HR documentation for both local staff and expatriate teachers. This role requires strong accuracy, logical thinking, and professional English communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer statutory insurance (SI, HI, UI) for local employees
  • Manage healthcare benefits for expatriate staff
  • Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT), including registration and year-end finalization
  • Prepare and manage labor contracts and HR documents (EN/VN)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records
  • Act as HR contact point for benefits, policies, and compliance queries
  • Support expatriates in understanding HR-related regulations in English
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Logical, well-structured working style
  • Good written and spoken English (especially for expat communication)
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to regulations and processes
  • Experience in HR, C&B, payroll, or compliance is a plus
