Position Overview: Your main role is to ensure accurate and timely business reporting, support management with data analysis, and facilitate communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
Update and review business reports regularly to enhance processes.
Communicate performance updates via email to management.
Prepare data and materials for meetings.
Collaborate with other departments for data collection and system improvement projects.
Create and maintain documentation, including design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in Excel and report tools.
Quick grasp of sales and report systems.
Customer-oriented with a passion for tracking.
Ability to work remotely and outside regular hours.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English.
