Procurement Officer
Job Description
  • In charge of purchasing for departments, current and new centers including: maintain good supplier relations, pricing & contract negotiating, payment processing. 
  • Work out a time schedule and ensure that the execution of assigned tasks/ projects is coordinated in accordance with planned time.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement compliance policy
  • Be involved in gathering market intelligence and conducting mystery shopping
  • Details will be discussed in the interview
Job Requirements
  • Vietnamese national
  • Holder of Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in purchasing and admin is a plus
  • Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and efficiently under high pressure. 
  • Sound IT skills
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills 
  • Practical creative, innovative, self-driven in achieving goals
  • Mature,  dynamic, confident and extrovert personality
