Overview
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Officer (C&B Coordinator for International Employee) to oversee employee benefits, statutory compliance, and HR administration for both local staff and expatriate team members. In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR advisor and primary point of contact, delivering clear guidance, seamless execution, and absolute accuracy across all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Expat & Benefit Advisory: Act as the primary HR partner for expatriate staff—delivering clear, expert-level communication on HR policies, benefits, healthcare, and local regulations in fluent English.
Statutory Compliance & PIT: Oversee social insurance (SI, HI, UI) processes and handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) registrations and year-end finalizations with absolute accuracy.
Documentation & Contracts: Draft, manage, and audit bilingual labor contracts and HR documentation (EN/VN) to guarantee full legal compliance.
Employee Relations & Query Resolution: Resolve complex benefit and policy inquiries professionally, ensuring a clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Data & Audit Readiness: Maintain organized, highly confidential, and audit-ready employee records across systems.
Good English Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to articulate complex local policies clearly, confidently, and persuasively to international team members.
Professional & Assertive Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with an expert-level consultative presence when working with diverse multicultural stakeholders.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in HR, C&B, or expat operations is preferred.
Precision & Detail-Oriented: Outstanding logical thinking with a track record of handling sensitive HR data accurately and meeting tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Fast learner capable of staying ahead of evolving labor laws, tax codes, and internal operational standards.
