The objective of the Role
1. Coordinate with the department to implement system improvement projects
2. Work with IT to transform processes into the digital system
3. Provide other support (report, admin, research,...) for the management team
Responsibility
1. Providing reports to improve business processes
2. Collaborating with departments for the purpose of collecting data and executing company projects
3. Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization
4. Support with admin tasks ( research, scheduling, logistics,...) for the Executive Assistant to the CEO
5. Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
