Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer – Employee Benefits & Compliance to manage employee benefits, statutory compliance, and HR documentation for both local staff and expatriate teachers. This role requires strong accuracy, logical thinking, and professional English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer statutory insurance (SI, HI, UI) for local employees
- Manage healthcare benefits for expatriate staff
- Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT), including registration and year-end finalization
- Prepare and manage labor contracts and HR documents (EN/VN)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records
- Act as HR contact point for benefits, policies, and compliance queries
- Support expatriates in understanding HR-related regulations in English
