Marketing Automation Specialist
Job Description

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for implementation and deployment of the Customer Database platform (CDP) as well as optimizing website performance. This position plays a key role in leads and sales generation by understanding the digital customer journey.

• Provide tactical marketing and automated campaign execution and split testing support
• Support API, A/B testing for campaign to optimize website performance
• Identify growth opportunities in the digital customer journey in order to facilitate leads generation and sales conversion
• Work closely with agency to monitoring and fixing technical issues in a timely manner
• Support the line manager in translating the various analytical and competitive insights into marketing and commercial strategies, and campaign plans
• Review & analyze the data reports to generate insights & recommendations for website optimization and customers business growth.
• Be the contact point for CDP and effectively communicate cross-functionally

Job Requirements

• At least 02 year experience in CRM, data and automation.
• Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of automation
• Project Management
• Good at communication in English language
• Good communication in both business and technical language.
