Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager takes the key role in enhancing the staff engagement and assuring the consistent and professional employer presence at every touchpoint.

1. Internal Communications 

● Design and implement annual internal communication plan for both expat and local staff including ideas, timeline and budget 

● Initiate and execute programs to enhance the employee awareness about the company's direction, vision, mission, values, promises 

● Responsible for communications plans for internal projects: product launch, CSR, engagement events,...

 ● Create and manage content and visual assets for internal communications campaigns and internal materials 

● Build and manage all internal communications channels 

● Support HR department in communicating new memos and messages to all staff 

2. Employer Branding 

● Develop employer branding strategies to promote Apollo on targeted platforms 

● Produce and manage employer branding content for different channels including branding content, recruitment content, publishing calendar,.... 

● Liaise with both Expat and Local Recruitment teams to develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract prospective candidates for recruitment needs 

3. Event Management 

● Organise team building events 

● Actively initiate and implement internal activities to improve employee engagement 

● Support CSR activities

Job Requirements

● Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications 

● At least 05 years working experience in Internal Communications and Employer Branding required 

● Proven track record designing and executing successful internal communications campaigns 

● Outstanding storytelling capabilities, presentation and negotiation skills, with strong verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese 

● Excellent presentation skill 

● Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment 

● Solid experience with social media including Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Instagram
