Job Description
1.Induction, Work permit, Residence card & visa for expat
- Induction for new teachers as required
- Process work permit applications, residence card and extend visa for teachers in HCMC as required
- Provide HR support and advice to teacher in matters relating to C&B, visa/work permit application, company policies & procedures..
2. HR Administration works
- Keep staff database in filing, both hard copy and soft copy
- Follow up and ensure employees’ documents of all positions available and updated on time
- Follow up expats’ Personal Income Tax status
- Follow up end – contract status
- Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DOET, DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc.)
- Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ functions
3. Support HR department
- Provide HR support and advice to expats in matters relating to C&B, visa/work permit application, company policies & procedures
- Provide expats with updated info on Labour Code, PIT law, compulsory health insurance news, etc…
4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
