Job Description

Position Overview:
The Corporate Communications Executive (Employer Branding) is responsible for strengthening Apollo English’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent and enhance the company’s reputation in the market. This role drives employer branding campaigns, recruitment top-funnel activities, leadership branding, reputation management, and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Reputation Management
+ Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to position Apollo English as an employer of choice.
+ Conduct social listening and monitor employer brand reputation across platforms and communities.
+ Support leadership branding initiatives for senior executives aligned with company values and positioning.

Acquisition Top Funnel Driving
+ Drive candidate awareness and attraction through recruitment marketing campaigns.
+ Coordinate with Digital teams to optimize performance and increase CV applications across owned media channels.
+ Support recruitment events, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent community engagement.
+ Collaborate with Recruitment and HR teams to support hiring priorities

PR & Partnerships
+ Coordinate PR opportunities, media collaborations, and external communication activities related to employer branding.
+ Build and maintain partnerships with universities, communities, and external organizations.
+ Support CSR and external engagement initiatives that strengthen employer reputation.

Measurement & Optimization
+ Track employer branding, recruitment marketing, and campaign performance.
+ Analyze insights and recommend improvements for branding and talent attraction effectiveness.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing communications, PR, or recruitment marketing.
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, digital campaigns, and employer branding trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
