Online Learning Experience Operation Supervisor (OLXOS) is a promising management position for Apollonians who wish to develop long-term in the direction of Learning Experience. You will participate in building the operating system for online courses. You are also the team leader to guide and train new LXOs, together forming a strong team.
1/Manage the OLXO team to ensure the efficiency & smooth operations of the online department
2/Scheduling:
+Making decisions to prioritize available slots for centers to open new online classes to ensure scheduling efficiency and review daily to ensure online slots are always ready on the system.
+Assist OSLXM & OLXMs in teachers recruitment planning; approving teaching schedule, holiday/leave requests
3/Online operations:
+Build & keep track all policies & procedures relating to Online departments’ operations
+Represent OLXOs team to communicate with centers & departments with queries related to Online Operations.
4/Reporting:
+Review & ensure accuracy & timeliness of end-of-month reports (& other reports as required) prepared by OLXOs
+Weekly teacher’s efficiency/Scheduling efficiency reports to OSLXM/OLXM & Senior Management team.
5/Training & development:
+Interviewing, onboarding & training for new OLXOs
+Conduct training & induction sessions for LXOs for online classes (induction for LXOs of new centers, monthly training for current centers)
+Assist the OSLXM and OLXMs in the planning and delivery of teacher inductions and training sessions (OLXO’s parts)
+Attend regular meetings and training sessions as scheduled by the OSLXM and/or OLXMs.
+Other tasks as assigned.
1-year experience at current center with excellent understanding of center’s operations
Extremely well organized
Proficient in the Office and Google suites (mainly spreadsheets)
Proactive identifying issues & creative in solving them
Proficient in the use of Apollo’s current LMS, SIS, and CRM.
Excellent communication skills
Good management skills
Prior experience with online learning (bonus)
