Human Resources Officer (C&B) - International Employee
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in the Compensation and Benefits domain for our expatriate employees. Below are the key functions and associated performance outcomes:
Contract Management: Manage contract adjustments, timely delivery for operational efficiency, and maintain comprehensive information.
Certificate of Employment: Verify and process employment information, respond to concerns within 48 hours, and ensure prompt certificate delivery.
Tax and Legal Compliance: Support tax return preparation, stay updated on labor laws, social, and PIT laws, and ensure legal compliance.
Insurance Management: Manage benefits following company policies, be accountable for precise SIMI calculation, and ensure timely premium payments and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and promptly address concerns.
Good communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking) is a must
Have experience in Compensation and Benefits labor laws is a plus
