Job Description

We're on the lookout for a thorough and organized HR Officer to join our team, with a focus on Expat Communication. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in shaping effective communication channels and ensuring compliance.

  • Ticket Performance Management: Ensure ticket waiting time is under 24 hours and respond promptly to all tickets.
  • Communication Responsibilities: Represent the team, respond to concerns within 48 hours, and manage Apollo Support system and email communications.
  • Tax Declaration/Finalization Support: Assist the team in preparing and processing tax returns.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, social regulations, and PIT laws and ensure legal compliance.
  • Insurance Management for Staff: Declare/Adjust benefits, ensure accuracy in SIMI calculation, timely payments, and quarterly reconciliations with authorities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and promptly address concerns.
  • Good communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking) is a must
  • Have experience in Compensation and Benefits labor laws is a plus
