We're on the lookout for a thorough and organized HR Officer to join our team, with a focus on Expat Communication. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in shaping effective communication channels and ensuring compliance.
Ticket Performance Management: Ensure ticket waiting time is under 24 hours and respond promptly to all tickets.
Communication Responsibilities: Represent the team, respond to concerns within 48 hours, and manage Apollo Support system and email communications.
Tax Declaration/Finalization Support: Assist the team in preparing and processing tax returns.
Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, social regulations, and PIT laws and ensure legal compliance.
Insurance Management for Staff: Declare/Adjust benefits, ensure accuracy in SIMI calculation, timely payments, and quarterly reconciliations with authorities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and promptly address concerns.
Good communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking) is a must
Have experience in Compensation and Benefits labor laws is a plus
