Job Description

To be responsible for checking all of business reports, updating the numbers to centers and supporting the Management Team.

1. Checking all business report: 

- Daily Reports (talktime, registers, sales by source, leads, net cash collection, renewals & upsells reports,...) 

- Weekly Reports (Sales, Renewals, Operations,...) 

- Monthly Reports and Action Plan for Sales and Renewals 

- Send Student Waiting list Report. 

- Class Situation Report. 

- Reports upon GCMs requests

2. Update the number to center 

- EC Ranking. 

- Awards List of centers.

3. Support Management team: 

- Meeting Slide (Monthly Kick-off, LX-CM Meeting, Weekly Priorities Meeting,...) 

- Prepare award gifts + certificates every month. 

- Prepare logistics for meetings (room booking, refreshments,...) 

- Prepare trip bookings for CEO and GCMs

Job Requirements
  • Excellent in Excel, reports,... 
  • Ability to understand sales & report system quickly 
  • Highly customer-oriented and and passionate in reports, systems, tracking 
  • Ability to work remotely (in office and beyond office hour)
  • Strong problem solving skills. Able to identify potential issues and find ways to pre-empt them. 
  • Ability to communicate and influence others in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Demonstrable belief in the vision, mission and values of Apollo.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset. Ability to work in ambiguity with a positive attitude and ownership spirit. Being an Apollo member is an advantage.
