1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Process monthly payroll, insurances, personal income tax for Vietnamese staff.
- Realize company’s policies on all other kinds of cash and non-cash benefits for Vietnamese staff.
- Provide HR support and advice to staff in matters relating to C&B.
2. HR Administration works
- Implement induction for new staff
- Prepare contract/agreement, personnel amendment or termination notice for local staff
- Keep staff database in filing, both hard copy and soft copy
- Prepare reports sending to local authorities concerned
- Follow up and summarize the result of performance review from other departments
- Implement process of resignation.
- Update organization chart, birthday staff list, staff turn-over record
- Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ functions (birthday party, social activities, outing-trip, year-end party, ect.)
- Provide HR support and advice to staff in matters relating to company policies, procedures and HR relations.
3. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
