Job Description
Apollo English is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our dynamic team of International and Vietnamese education enthusiasts, who are driven to ignite a love of learning in the next generation of Vietnam.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire strategy and execution of employer branding activities at Apollo. Additionally, you will initiate and implement effective internal communication strategies to deliver our vision, mission, values, and employee value proposition; fostering collaboration and driving employee engagement.
1. Employer Branding
- Establish an employer branding strategy to position Apollo as an attractive place to work.
- Leverage candidate-facing communication channels to convey corporate culture and employee experience, including the production and management of creative content and assets in line with the Brand Guidelines.
- Collaborate with the International and Vietnamese Recruitment teams to develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns that attract prospective candidates for recruitment needs.
2. Internal Communications
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers.
- Initiate and deliver internal communication initiatives that foster organizational knowledge sharing and understanding.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for various internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, employee management app, monthly newsletter).
- Take responsibility for communication planning and execution for corporate projects, such as product launches, CSR initiatives, engagement events, etc.
- Lead internal events and activities to enhance employee engagement, including company trips, CSR activities, special day celebrations, and more.
- Provide communication support to the Senior Leadership Team by assisting in the creation of speeches, video scripts, organizational announcements, and other similar forms.
