We are confident with our training result in order to maximize your English training ability. Students at Apollo will have the opportunity to retake the course if they meed the training requirements from Apollo but fail their end of course examination .

Conditions:

Criteria for retaking a course or part of a course free of charge:

• Courses: Kindy, Juniors, Seniors, Confident Teens, English for International Communication (GE), BE, Success 1 – 3 (IELTS)
• Students can be public or corporate-sponsored on listed public courses. The students who receive scholarship from TV programs: Golden Bell, O cua bi mat …or other programs will not be entitled to retaking a course free of charge.
• Attendance must be 90% +, attendance is calculated from the point students join a course
• The students must take the final test on required date.
• The student must study stably in one class (no move/transfer) and the main teacher of the class confirms that student's behavior/effort is constantly good during a course but he/she still can not move to the next level.

Notes for implementation:

• Maximum 2 students from 1 class should be allowed to retake a course or part of a course free of charge.
• Each student is allowed to retake the course just 1 time/module.
• Students can not choose schedule of the repeated course (to allow us putting them in the one with least students when we have several options). The students must retake the course according to Apollo's offer within 6 (six) months since the 1st course finished. If not he/she will not be entitled to retaking the course any more.
• Once space is offered to a repeated student we need to respect regardless of having more new paying students. Maximum class size stays at 20.
• The teachers must inform CSOs about weak students who may fail to be upgraded to the higher level as soon as they can. AM at each centres is responsible for working with teachers to ensure early information to CSOs on possible-to-fail students.
• The CM at each centres takes final responsibilities for implementation of this procedure. Any cases which are not mentioned in this guideline will be decided by CM based on the specific situation of the centre.
